Take a wild ride with a dolphin during this 1-hour interactive program in a Cancun dolphinarium. After a briefing on dolphins’ characteristics and habitats, delight in hands-on fun with your new mammal friends in a shimmering lagoon. Kiss and hug dolphins, swim with them side by side, and witness their underwater agility with the help of a diving mask. Add convenience with an upgrade to include round-trip hotel transport.
After hotel pickup (if option selected), travel to Cancun’s dolphinarium. Once there, expert trainers greet you and provide you with a life jacket; you’ll be wading in both shallow depths and waters reaching 13 feet (4 meters) deep during the 1-hour program. The trainers lead you to a station of waist-high water, where you’ll learn about dolphins’ characteristics and receive guidance on how to play with these bright and energetic creatures.
Time to nuzzle noses with a dolphin! You’ll spend about 40 minutes with one of them in a sparkling lagoon. Wait until it sidles up to you, accept its extended fins for a handshake, and then share wet kisses and hugs with each other.
Then, don the provided diving mask, peer into the water and admire the refinement of the dolphins’ movements from a different angle, and perhaps hear their unique clicking sounds and singing underwater.
Complete your already magical experience with a ride on one of the dolphins. Trainers are there to make sure both humans and dolphins are safe.
Photographers and videographers are on-site to capture your once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the dolphins. Photographs and CDs will be available for purchase by the time you leave the dolphinarium.
After a fun day, enjoy being transported back to your hotel (if option selected).
