After an orientation on dolphin behavior and biology, you’ll witness a thrilling display of aquatic acrobatics. Watch how these friendly creatures whistle, click and sing to communicate, then get to meet your new mammal friends up close. You can even upgrade to include round-trip hotel transport.
After hotel pickup (if option selected), travel to the dolphinarium in Cancun, located next to Wet ‘n Wild, a water amusement park.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a team of expert trainers and given a life jacket to wear (this 1-hour program takes place in both shallow and deep waters). Follow the trainers to a station of waist-high water, where you’ll learn about dolphin behavior and biology, and receive tips on the best ways to interact with these intelligent and playful mammals.
Continue to a glittering lagoon, where you’ll spend about 40 minutes with the dolphins. When you arrive, get ready to have some fun as the dolphins swim toward you for some personal interactions. Steal a kiss from one of the sleek charmers, or listen to them click, whistle and sing. The trainers will fill you in on what these marvelous mammals are saying to you.
Photographers and videographers are on-site to capture your incredible journey with the dolphins. Pictures and CDs will be available for purchase by the time you depart the dolphinarium.
Enjoy transport back to your hotel (if option selected) to end your day with the dolphins.
