Sit back and relax while you enjoy a traditional Devdan show at the Nusa Dua theatre. This Indonesian cultural show is a 90 minute performance of acrobatic dances which will blow your mind. This Devdan story will show the journey of two young children witnessing the magic and unique culture of the Indonesian archipelago.Your driver will meet you at the lobby of your accommodation between 6:30pm – 6:45pm and take you to the Nusa Dua theatre.
The show will start at 7:30pm. You will be introduced to the treasure of the Indonesian Archipelago. The word Devdan itself comes from Sanskrit 'deva' and 'dhana' which means "God's grace”. This simply means that the Indonesia's treasures are God's gifts for the Indonesian people.
The Devdan story begins when two young children who are part of a tourist group in Bali feel bored with their tour itinerary and set themselves apart from the group to climb toward a cliff that has grabbed their attention. They find a treasure chest containing various unique items that will bring them, and the audience, in a journey to witness the magical and unique culture of Indonesian archipelago.
After the show has ended, the driver will drop you back to your accommodation.
The free shuttle includes the areas of Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Dreamland, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Sanur.
If you are staying in other areas, please make your own way to the theatre and be in the venue at least 30 minutes before show time.
