Enjoy a gorgeous train trip and see all the amazing landscapes returning by a beautiful cruise through the Douro Valley, witch was recognised since 2001 as a World Heritage Site. The day starts at 8:30am in S.Bento Railway Station, one of the most important monuments of Porto, before starting the journey you will have the opportunity to admire the traditional tiles inside the station that tells all its history.
In a fantastic train trip* begin your journey to Régua where you will be able to appreciate the grace presented by the Douro Valleys landscapes. After a wonderful trip, you'll arrive around 11:00am in Régua, known as the first demarcated wine regions in the world.
After a brief walk from the train station to the quay in Régua, you'll make your way onto the boat. The cruise to Porto starts at 11:30, and you'll be on your way to your adventure through the valleys with astonishing views, see the purity of nature and embrace the sensations of being inside of the Douro wine regions, because there's no other way to get such a wonderful view. Please note: during the cruise a lunch will be served on board around 12:00.
After lunch, and during the afternoon, you'll sail until the group reaches the Carrapatelo Dam, which has a gap of 35 meters. After that, continuing along the river to a second dam, named as Crestuma-Lever, with a gap of 14 meters. After crossing the two dams, enjoy the serenity of the Douro River, appreciate the refinement of the landscapes, and the beauty of the valley in a fascinating and memorable cruise, arriving in Porto in the evening around 6:00pm
