08h30: you will be welcomed by our driver who will bring you to Cat Tong Quan Zen House
09h00: Greeting from Cat Tuong Quan. Introduction of “Nha Ruong”, a typical architecture in Hue and the spiritual meaning of Cat Tuong Quan.
09h30: Your host will teach you to make 2 vegetarian dishes from the set menu of 6 dishes.
11h30: You will learn how to fold the napkin and set up the table in Vietnamese’s style.
12h00: Guidance on how to meditate before, during and after the meal.
12h10: Enjoy lunch.
13h10: Wash hands with herb cream and walk for meditation after meal.

14h00: Qigong class, with the lesson of “12 lotus flowers”.
