Join this full-day relaxing cruise and discover the Phi Phi Islands. Embark a powerful and safe luxury catamaran “Blue World”, its purpose built for snorkeling, kayaking and scuba diving.
The tour includes round-trip transfer from your hotel by air-conditioned mini bus, park fees, hot buffet lunch, snacks and beverages, snorkeling gear, kayaks and dingy rides to the beach.The Phi Phi Adventure offers a fun packed day, ideal for couples, families, and safe for all ages and abilities. The day starts with a free pick up from your hotel lobby by air-conditioned mini bus and at 10am 'Blue World' departs from Chalong Pier.
The adventure starts straight away with a cruise around Honeymoon Island looking for dolphins and then on to our first one and a half hour stop at beautiful Monkey Beach on Phi Phi Don - here you can take a free dingy ride to look at the monkeys on the beach or snorkel and kayak - the dingy can also take you to our favorite snorkel sites. Snorkel gear and kayaks are included in the price.
A delicious hot buffet lunch is served at 1pm and then you're on our way to Viking Cave on Phi Phi Leh for a photo stop and to see where the local people harvest the swallow's nests for that incredibly expensive dish, bird's nest soup!
Next is Bida Nok the most beautiful dive site in the area; here the water is usually incredibly clear and all kinds of fish and coral can be seen and also the occasional turtle. This is a short stop of just 45 minutes. The adventurous can join the guide to a special place for a snorkel swim with Black Tip Reef Sharks, these sharks are timid and not dangerous but will be sure to set your pulses racing! Great for the family album!
From here you'll sail between the soaring cliffs of Loh Sama Channel to the last stop at Maya Bay. The main beach here is spectacular and was the location for the Leonardo DiCaprio movie "The Beach". You'll stop here for another hour, during which time you can visit the beach (free park fees) or snorkel and kayak. Ask your guide if you would like to join her on a snorkel swim to see turtles and the sea cave.
After this it's time to enjoy the breeze on the bow of the ship as you head back to the pier. In the cool of the evening this can be sublime and a great opportunity to sample one of our cocktails!
Arrive back at Chalong Pier at 6pm where air-conditioned taxis are waiting to whisk you back to your hotel.
Please note that you have a better than average chance of seeing the wildlife mentioned, but of course these cannot be guaranteed.
Scuba Diving is available to certified divers at extra charge and needs to be booked in advance. A Discover Scuba Course for the uninitiated is also offered, these are done on a one novice to one instructor basis so are limited and this also needs to be booked in advance.
