Fototrails offer a unique range of activities as part of our photography tours, depending on your personal interests. Remember all levels and cameras are welcome, we like to use smartphones too.
Explore off the beaten track because it doesn’t have to be just about taking photos. Why not also go swimming in a secret waterfall, visit a coffee farm learn about endemic species, or eat homemade chorizo? Or to get the best views, climb to the top of a mountain through the jungle.
Your tour will start with a welcome drink. Then a fun, creative and technical workshop begins where you learn key skills to make better photos every time you use your camera or smartphone.
Then put your new skills and ideas into practice, walk and explore the local area. The areas we will visit includes a walk around town getting to know the locals and taking portraits. Exploration includes up to one or more waterfalls, swimming and adventure photography. We will also visit a local coffee, cacao or indigenous farm. Please take into account that indigenous community visits are not always available.
Lunch is at a traditional barbecue restaurant, and editing and feedback of photos.
Please note: As each tour is designed for each group, itineraries may vary, but are dependent on what clients want.
