We will start visiting a local traditional food market of the city to learn about the diversity of traditional Ecuadorian dishes, fruits and medicinal herbs from the Andes.
Later, and depending on your itinerary, we will visit the Historical District of Quito to hear about its history, culture and colonial architecture.
If you have chosen the Mitad del Mundo Complex, you will have a particular experience en the latitude 00´00 in Ecuador by visiting the Inti Ñan Museum.
We will also have a view of the only inhabited crater Pululahua where about 40 families live into the crater.
