Come join us and discover one of Bermuda's oldest living treasures, the Crystal Caves. Next you will have the opportunity to shop and walk around in the capital city of Bermuda, Hamilton. Lastly, guests will have time to swim, relax and enjoy Horseshoe Beach, one of the most famous beaches on the island.Come join us and discover the Crystal Caves! Filled with stalactites and stalagmite formations, it is a remarkable natural beauty to behold as you walk down 83 (gradual) steps until you reach a floating pontoon pathway which will take you to an even more spectacular wonder.
Then, we will travel to the city of Hamilton, Bermuda's capital since 1815, for a short tour and chance to do some shopping. Hamilton, Bermuda is small, vibrant and a friendly city. It truly is the heart of Bermuda. For being the main container port on the island, the city of Hamilton is also the center of shipping and trade. Front Street runs along the water edge and is the first part of the city seen by cruise ship passengers as they come to shore in Hamilton. Front Street is the life and soul of Hamilton and center of all the main activities. This is where most of the island's glittering shops, great restaurants, retail shops and many other commercial establishments like banks and insurance companies are located.
Next it is time to go swimming! Horseshoe Beach is the most famous beach in Bermuda. A very popular tourist spot, it lies on the main island's southern coast, in the parish of Southampton and along the Atlantic Ocean. The sand of the beach is very fine and displays a white/pinkish color. The beach is equipped with one lifeguard station which is manned daily during summer. There is also a café where one can purchase a light lunch during the summer months, toilet facilities, showers and a foot-washing area for removing sand before departing.
