Note: Not available on Chinese New Year FestivalYour day will begin with a hotel pick up where you will be taken from Kuala Lumpur to Port Klang. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. From Port Klang you will embark on a short 30 minute ferry ride to Crab Island. The ferry route will take you out of Port Klang's busy South port from where you could catch a glimpse of the Glenn Ports and Cruise Terminal on nearby Pulau Indah. The ferry will then take a short cut through the rivers which dissect the swampy Mangrove Island of Pulau Klang. Within no time you will find yourself at Crab Island (Pulau Ketam).
On arrival, you will take a leisurely stroll to see an entire village where even the roads are built on stilts. You will be able to soak in the atmosphere before heading off to eat lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch you will be given the opportunity to explore the village. It is possible for you to rent bicycles to ride around the village but inexperienced cyclists should be careful on the narrow paths.
After your exploration is complete you will return on the ferry. Before returning to the hotel you will be taken on a drive up to see the fabulous palace of the Selangor Sultan.
