For example, you will be able to discover the medicinal virtues of the Peppermint Plant, the Golden Shower Tree and the Papaya. Not only are medicinal plants of the Guanacaste educational, you’ll be able to take amazing photos to chronicle your time on the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.
The tour departs at around 8am in the morning and will bring you into the natural environment of the volcano where nature is rich with plants and vegetation. At the end of the visit, you will also experience a very delicious Costarican meal. All along the way, your experienced biological guide will also share his experiences as a native Costarican in regards to not only plants, but also history and culture.
