Be one of the first visitors to reach the Christ the Redeemer Statue without the usual crowd early in the morning. Your tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off.
After hotel pickup in hotels in Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana, the tour to Corcovado Hill and Brazil’s greatest national icon, the Christ Redeemer Statue, begins early in the morning. On your way there, you'll pass by Copacabana beach, Botafogo beach and the Guanabara Palace, the official residence of the State Governor. You'll also get to see the Laranjeiras and Cosme Velho districts, where you can admire the old Coffee farm homes of the 1800s. Reach Tijuca Forest and stop at Paineiras to board the vehicles up. The visit at the monument lasts some 45 minutes. Take great pictures and have a great time there.
On the way down and back to your hotel, you can see Largo do Boticário and Casa dos Abacaxis – relics of the Brazilian Imperial architecture -and on via Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas or Copacabana for the drop-off at the hotels.
Note: In case of poor visibility on the summit of the Corcovado, we make an alternative stop at mirante Dona Marta (362m), generally less affected by cloudiness.
