The historic tour starts when your tour guide picks you up in your Hotel in a 4x4 car to transport you to your first stop - the City of Milot.
At this stop, visit the ruins of the Sans Souci Palace, the Residence of King Henry Christophe. Your guide will give you some history on the ruins before moving on to the next stop.
You will be driven to the parking car of the Citadelle. The road is paved by limestone; the access to the fortress can be done by walking up to top for 30 minutes or by horseback.
Pass villages and breathtaking views of the countryside, while your guide explains the story behind this majestic fort. You will also visit the artillery museum, with the unique concentration of 18th century cannon in the continent.
Going down from la Citadelle, enjoy a delicious Haitian-style lunch at a restaurant located in Milot. Listen to Haitian folklore and see a Tambour show while eating. After Lunch you will be drive back to Cap Haitian for a short visit before heading back to your hotel.
