You will be picked up from your hotel by our English-speaking guide and we will drive to the local market to buy vegetables for your cooking class. Some of the fruit and vegetables you may never have seen before.
Dumplings are a traditional Chinese food that is loved by almost everyone in China. It is the main food that people will have on Chinese New Year’s Eve to wish that they will have prosperity in the New Year. Nowadays people can buy dumplings in the market but the home made dumplings always taste more delicous.

Escorted by your guide to a 100-year old traditional and tranquil courtyard where you will learn how to make Chinese dumplings and local two other Chinese dishes loved by the locals with the help of the resident chef.

After the cooking lesson you will no doubt be hungry and it will be an appropriate time for having lunch. You will then be able to taste what you have made. It will be a memorable experience.
