Cape Point falls within the southern section of Table Mountain National Park with spectacular views of both oceans. The day is spent in the park, admire fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and False Bay. Then return to Cape Town via the False bay Towns.
The tour follows the Atlantic coastline, via Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Chapman’s Peak and Noordhoek into the Cape Point National Park. Most of the day is spent in the park visiting the lighthouses and admiring the fantastic views of the Atlantic ocean and False bay. Visit other attractions in the park like the Cape of Good Hope viewpoint (most south- western point of the continent) before having lunch at the restaurant (own expense). Then return to Cape Town via the False bay towns: Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and Muizenberg, including the spectacular Boyes drive and time permitting, a visit to the penguin colony.
The tour will be available in any weather conditions but Chapman’s peak might be closed in severe weather conditions in which case the route will be changed accordingly. The walk up to the point will require moderate mobility but a funicular service between the parking area and the viewpoint under the lighthouse is available.
