We will pick you up from your hotel at around 8am. This tour covers the most famous historic monuments and sights in the Old City area.

After the tour, we will take you back to your hotel around 5pm.Experience the tour of 'Sultan Ahmet Center', the heart of the Old City from where the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires were ruled.

First stop is the Hagia Sophia (Aya Sofya), a UNESCO-listed museum that contains Ottoman and Byzantine works. Listen to the history and examine the architectural displays with your professional guide.

Then, make a visit to the Blue Mosque with six minarets, built at the bequest of Sultan Ahmet I and one of the best preserved and most significant examples of Ottoman architecture.

Continue to Istanbul Hippodrome where chariot races were held and also the center of Byzantium life for 1,000 years and of Ottoman life for another 400 years. It has been the scene of countless political dramas.

Stop by Caferaga Medresesi, a foundation for serving Turkish Culture, that organizes various workshops about handicrafts and music.

Next you will have a little break for lunch in a local restaurant, and then travel by coach to Topkapi Palace. It is the largest palace in Istanbul and was also the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years.

The next stop is the Grand Bazaar, one of the most famous bazaars around the world. Discover the bazaar with your guide and do some shopping. It is filled with jewelry, leather and spices shops.

Your tour finishes with a drop-off at your European-side hotel or in central Istanbul.
