Miniversum is a gigantic, beautifully detailed and decorated model layout featuring most of the sights and landmarks from Budapest and Hungary as well as a bit of Austria and Germany, but scaled to 1:100 of its original size. There are interactive screens that show original photos of the sights on the layout, so that you can compare the miniature with original. You can also control the ongoing traffic here and there and bring to life all sorts of actions, motions, sound and light effects.

The museum pays special attention to children and they are welcome at the Miniversum playhouse with its various creative activities designed to correspond to their age (included in the admission ticket), whilst older visitors can recover from the astonishing experiences of the exhibition in the café with a drink or snack (own expense). With its huge monitor wall, the control room is also fascinating in its own right, where technically minded guests can observe the operation of the entire Miniversum closely.
