The tour starts at 10am with the visit the Cathedral of Braga. According to tradition, the Braga diocese was established in the third century, but history only confirms from the year 900. The current building is deployed on another religious building that was possibly the previous cathedral.
At 12pm we will stop for lunch (not included) and we will then continue the tour at 2pm when we visit the Bom Jesus do Monte Shrine, a magnificent local gem combining the work of Nature and Man. The Bom Jesus do Monte Shrine is located on top of Mount Espinho, surrounded by a magical forest. The visit ends at 4pm with a walk through the gardens of Santa Barbara.
