Once on the outskirts of Sydney stop to spot kangaroos roaming freely in the Australian bush and stop at a secret location to see aboriginal rock art engravings.
Head out on a guided hike in the Blue Mountains down to spectacular waterfalls, around 2 hours return. See pristine waterfalls, exotic birds and flora, learn about the history of the Blue Mountains from your Aussie guide. Take in the breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains, Mt Solitary and Jamison Valley.
Stop for lunch in the beautiful and quaint village town of Leura. This is your time to relax where you can choose to eat from any of the local restaurants, cafe's or you can bring your own picnic lunch if you like.
Visit Echo Point and the 3 Sisters iconic rock formation. Your guide will show you how to play the Didgeridoo, a unique Aboriginal instrument and watch an Aboriginal cultural show at Waradah Aboriginal Centre. (Show optional extra)
Experience the world’s steepest railway train at Scenic World, ride the Skyway and Cable Way if you like (optional extra) or go for another hike down to Katoomba falls.
Visit the Sydney Olympic Park and here you can ride the river cruise back to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay in Sydney (optional extra) or you can choose to stay on-board back to Sydney where you will be dropped off at the Central YHA located close to Sydney’s Central Station.
Free drink at the end of the day at a travelers bar - a great way to finish the day!
