Everything is created from scratch under the guidance of your chef, with fresh, healthy and seasonal ingredients. After the class you will appreciate in addition to your creation of pasta, the delicacies prepared by the chef that you will share with other foodies guests like you.
The dining room overlooks the Boboli Gardens (Palazzo Pitti), and will cook in a relaxed atmosphere.
The experience starts at 6 pm a with a fresh glass of wine. After the 1-hour you sit down to enjoy dinner with the other guests (maximum number of guests at the table only 12).
The real surprise will be the dishes that will be added to the one prepared by you: juicy meat or vegetarian dishes, wonderful cheeses served with spicy jam made by the chef, and much more!
