Your first stop is the Chapel of Our Lady, later known as the Chapel of Martyrs. This is the only Brazilian church to be beatified by Pope John II!
Your next stop is in the small fishing village of Cunhaú. Cunhaú has the perfect combination of sea, river and greenery. Relax on the white sandy beaches or take a swim in the cool refreshing blue waters. You can also take an ecological cruise down the Cunhaú river in order to see the mangroves. Keep an eye out for fishermen as they reel in crabs and shrimp. On this cruise, you will have the opportunity to visit farms where sea salt is produced.
