Tastings generally last 2 hours. We begin with a brief description of the Penedès wine region, and then explain the 5 "S"'s for getting the most out of wine tasting. Then we start with a sparkling Cava, the most local of all Penedés wines, then taste a white wine, rosé wine and end with a red wine. Each guest is welcome to mingle and have a full glass of their favorite wine at the end of the tasting. Each wine is a small-batch production wine (under 15,000 bottle produced annually) and has a unique story and production process.
