Meet your group and guide near Khoasan Road, Bangkok's backpacker mecca, and get fitted with your bike for the first part of your tour: a bike ride through central Bangkok. Ride down intimate alleys and side streets to get a peek at how ordinary Thai people live.
At the Chao Phraya River, transfer to a boat and cruise along the water, taking detours down atmospheric canals. You'll see the Bangkok cityscape from a new angle, passing the Grand Palace and Wat Arun (Temple of the Dawn).
Stop at an old trading center along Bang Luang Canal to bike around, see some historic temples and enjoy a traditional Thai lunch at a restaurant on the water. After lunch, visit a nearby market and enter an old wooden house for some local cultural entertainment: a traditional Thai puppet show.
Continue cycling through the back lanes and twisting alleys of the Old City (Rattanakosin) to check out some beautiful temples rarely visited by tourists. Visit Wat Hongrattanaram and gawk at the city's largest Buddha image at the mixed Chinese-Thai temple of Wat Kalyanamit, at the site of Bangkok’s first Chinatown.
Finish with a ride around historic Rattanakosin Island in the Phra Nakhon District, laden with canals and old buildings, before returning to your original departure point.
