This experience is available with a minimum of 2 personsThe beautiful town of Alba in the heart of Piedmont is home to the region's finest food and wine, and this hands-on cooking class with a local chef is the perfect way to unplug and indulge your senses.
You'll spend the morning in a country kitchen learning the techniques and secrets of traditional Piedmontese dishes, and enjoying stories about the different recipes and ingredients. Then it's time to savour the fruits of your labors, accompanied with the finest local wines. A unique and delicious insight into this picturesque corner of Italy. Piedmont with a personal touch.

“Piccolo aperitivo” small appetizer
Asparagus flan with cheese fondue
“Capunet” ( stuffed zucchini flowers )
Ravioli del plin
Rabbit in red wine
“Bunet” (chocolate pudding)
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free menu on request.
A typical day would be:
10:45 am meeting point in the town of Alba
11 am – 1 pm Cooking Experience in a country kitchen with a talented Piedmontese chef.
1 pm – 2.30 pm Full seated lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labors with one glass of local artisan wine per course, water, coffee and digestif.
Saturday cooking experience starts at 10:00 am to explore the authentic farmers’ market in Alba. A 1 hour guided tour through the medieval town centre city, led by our local chef, in search of the freshest organic ingredients for the class. On request : customized transfer arrangements from Turin or Milan with private car/minibus; rental car, train or bus.
Gifts at the end of the class: recipe booklet in English and an apron.
