The menu will include traditional North Indian dishes such as roasted gobhi (cauliflower), soolas (barbecued goat), jhinga (prawn) curry, capsicum and paneer (bell peppers and fresh Indian cheese), seasonal vegetables, lentils, salad, pickles, papad, rice, traditional chapatti, and dessert.

Kashyap and Chumki are wonderful conversationalists who delight in sharing their cultural and culinary heritage with guests.

The menu will include traditional North Indian dishes such as roasted gobhi (cauliflower), soolas (barbecued goat), jhinga (prawn) curry, capsicum and paneer (bell peppers and fresh Indian cheese), seasonal vegetables, lentils, salad, pickles, papad, rice, traditional chapatti, and a dessert.

While eating your delicious, authentic meal, you will get to enjoy discussing the cultural and culinary heritage of India through the perspective of locals. 

Please note, this is not a professional cooking class, rather this experience is a visit into an authentic, local home to meet a local person and share the culture and cuisine together.
