Visit  a unique 5 domed church of St.Paraskevi ,see how 'loukoumia' are made,visit a traditional house in Letymbou and ,Fyti's museum of Weaving and Folkloric Art.See wine production process and taste wines at local winery.Begin the day with a stop at a pottery workshop in Yeroskipou village, where we will see how the potters continue the ancient traditional craft and if you are lucky you might even try your hand at the wheel. The next stop is at the Village square where we will see the unique 5-domed church of St Paraskevi, built in the 9th century reputedly on the site where the ancient temple of Aphrodite previously stood. You will also have a chance to see how the ‘loukoumia’ (Turkish delights) are made and wander around the square with its local produce shops.

From there you will go to a small village, Letymbou, where you will visit Sophia’s traditional house and see how she makes the traditional halloumi cheese and bakes village bread and other local delicacies. Afterwards you will have a special Cypriot breakfast prepared by Sophia, with fresh halloumi, village style bread and coffee or tea (everything included in the price).

The next stop is at Fyti village. The word Fyti comes from the Greek word ‘foito’ which means study. You will visit the the Fyti Museum of Weaving and Folkloric Art, which exhibits the traditional clothing, farming implements and donkey equipment as well as a fully operational spinning wheel - ‘anemi’ and the decorated textiles known as ‘fythkiotika’.

On the way back to Paphos we will visit a local winery where you will be guided through the wine production process and have the chance to taste the different wines.
