Enjoy a leisurely bike tour of Auckland’s iconic waterfront with knowledgeable, friendly guides. We’ll start our tour in the historic center of Auckland before we ride along safe, off road cycle paths to beautiful, golden sand beaches and the charming seaside community of Mission Bay. Light refreshments will be served on the beach before we pedal back to the city. Standard tour duration is 4 hours and is available for a morning or afternoon departure.

Itinerary
9.15am - Our tour meets at our store conveniently located at 23 Commerce St, Auckland CBD
9.30am - The tour commences with introductions and safety briefing
9.45am - Participants are guided on foot to first stop for introduction to NZ and the early days of Auckland.
10am - Bikes and helmets allocated to each participant; guides assist with bike and helmet fitting. Participants guided to stop 2
10.15am - Visit Britomart for more information on Auckland in this new precinct which is now the hippest shopping and entertainment district in the city.
10.30am - Visit Queens Wharf, key historic location in Auckland with beautiful views across to the northern suburbs of the city
10.45am - Visit the Rainbow Warrior monument and learn stories of our political and innovative past
11am - View Judges Bay and Parnell from the waterfront, Auckland's oldest suburb
11.30am - Visit Okahu Landing and hear stories of Maori arrival in Auckland
12 noon - Reach Mission Bay where light refreshments are served on the beach (choice of coffee or ice cream)
12.45pm - Enjoy the views from Michael Joseph Savage memorial
1.10pm - Final photo opportunities at Okahu Corner
1.30pm - Reach Commerce St our starting point for farewells and to return bikes. Souvenir maps provided.
