Upon arrival you'll be greeted by our friendly staff who will start you off with some wine samples and give you a brief introduction. While casually sampling wines you can help yourself to our spread of food too. Once all have arrived for that time slot you'll have an informative presentation about all we do here at Aspirations Winery, and then a nice tour & demo.
Each person will taste at least five wines of your choice along with pairings of cheeses, fruits, baguettes, seasoned oil for dipping, and chocolates to savor. You can also watch a live demonstration put on by one of the vintners of the wine-making and bottling process while touring the winery. As your tasting comes to a close, you'll be given 2 take-home stemless wine glasses and a one full-size bottle of wine of your choice. Tours are done in groups and take about 45-60 minutes.
