Taste their wines and you be the judge!Enjoy a tasteful half-day out walking in the 160 year old cellars of Cousiño Macul vineyard. This traditional Chilean winery is the only one in Chile, among those established in the 19th century that continues in the hands of the original founding family. After tasting the tradition of Cousiño Macul we head to Aquitania a boutique vineyard which aims to produce only limited quantities of outstanding wines.
On what we call two ages of wine, you’ll have the chance to contrast the over centennial tradition of Chilean wine making with the most up to date techniques and methods of a young vineyard.
Relax under the walnut tress of Aquitania and enjoy the views of Santiago from the foot of the Andes while you sip a surprising Chardonnay (Sol de Sol) or their amazing Cabernet Sauvignon (Lazuli). Pair your tasting with a tasty platter of cheese and jamón Serrano.
