Jerez is the most excellent place in the world to familiarize yourself with Sherry wines like Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, and ‘Mosto’ (in the proper season). Its cuisine has received and integrated many influences into it over the course of history. And rather than full dishes, the gastronomy is further characterized by the culture of tapas.
Most of Suara Park's 217-acre area is covered with a pine forest and also is home to eucalyptus, although to a smaller extent. The two have largely replaced the original vegetation there, which consisted of mainly wild olive trees and a Mediterranean forest. It is, however, still possible to distinguish some remnants of the original vegetation as even adult cork oak trees can be found in certain spots. It is a great thrill to enjoy the different varieties of flora and fauna in this region. Participating in the horseback riding does not require previous riding experience.
