You will cycle through small villages surrounded by trulli, dry-stone walls, old oak trees and typical Apulian farmhouses.

Discover Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996. You will feel like you are in a fairy tale, thanks to its unusual and typical trulli, whitewashed dry-stone dwellings with conical roofs.
Visit to the two main districts, "Rione Monti" and "Aia Piccola" that both include more than 1.000 trulli and the Trullo Sovrano (Sovereign Trullo), the Museum of the Territory and to the Minor Basilica of St. Cosmas and Damiano.
Discover Noci, famous not only for its traditional food, but also for the high-quality handmade dairy products such as mozzarella cheese, ricotta, burrata and cheeses of any kind.
Visit to the historic centre, characterized by narrow and tortuous alleyways, votive niches, chimneys and gnostre (little courtyards which are closed on three sides).
