8:30am Hotel pick up in Santa Cruz and departure to the Refugio Los Volcanes Lodge. This scenic drive will take around 3 hours depending on traffic.
11:00am Arrive to the Mirador of Refugio Los Volcanes, here incredible photography opportunities await and we change vehicle and drive a further 20 minutes down the valley to the lodge.
11:30am Check into rooms and orientation of the area before visiting some waterfalls in the area and swimming in the natural pools.
12:45pm Lunch with juice provided
1:30pm Free Time
3:00pm Guided trek into the forests, here you will be looking for the areas birds and wildlife and exploring the beautiful scenery of the region.
5:30pm Return to Lodge for rest before Dinner
7:00pm Dinner with juice provided
8:30pm Night walk where you will be looking for some of the areas nocturnal species
9:30pm Bed time
Day 2: Refugio Los Volcanes / Santa Cruz
7:30am Breakfast and early morning hike into the jungle, again exploring the most beautiful areas looking for wildlife and exploring the incredible scenery.
12:30 to 1:30pm Lunch
2:00pm Hike to some spectacular waterfalls where you can swim and take photos of the area.
3:30pm Pack up belongings for departure
4:00pm Meet transport at the Mirador of Refugio Los Volcanes and final opportunities for taking photos
6:30pm Hotel drop off
