Discover the best of the Amalfi Coast on a private boat excursion with a local captain. This is the top excursion for all generations, families and couples. It is an immersion into Amalfi Coast living, with stops in various villages, hidden caves, calm inlets and breathtakingly beautiful sites.Embark from any of the following villages: Positano, Praiano, Amalfi, Minori or Maiori (if your village is not listed here please contact me) and begin a fun-filled day cruising along one of the most famous coastlines in the world. The Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to dramatic and impressive views, as the coastline is made of limestone and features countless rock formations and sea caves. Throughout the day you will have the option to stop and swim in various coves, enjoy a seaside lunch where the boat can pull up directly, and explore the villages of your choice on land. It is a day that focuses on you, the heart of this area and it's highlights.

The view of Positano from the sea is world-famous and not to be missed, as it is dramatically sprawled vertically up the Monti Lattari, decorated with pastel colors from villas, restaurants, and luxury hotels.

Make your way to the Li Galli Islands, famed from Homer's "The Odyssey," where Ulysses heard the songs of the Sirens. A perfect place to stop for a swim, these islands provide some exceptional panoramic views of the coastline as well as the Faraglioni Rock Formation of Capri in the distance.

Back along the coast await quaint villages like Praiano, the Fjord in Furore, Conca dei Marini, (voted in the top 100 most beautiful villages in all of Italy), natural arcs, caves and lovely inlets.

Further along the coast sits Amalfi, home to St. Andrew's Cathedral, one of the most important cathedrals in Italy's history. Amalfi contains many fine local boutiques with handmade items and is a great area to stop for shopping.

Cruise past Minori and Maiori, two lovely neighboring villages. Maiori is much larger than Minori, and includes the “Lungomare,” a street parallel to the longest stretch of beach on the coastline. Maiori features a mysterious cave known as, “Pandora’s Grotto,” take you to explore. Take note of the vibrant orange corals on the cave walls as the tide eases up and down.

The day will last for about 6 hours and end back at the area in which you embarked, unless otherwise indicated.
