You will be picked up at the designated meeting point (please see Departure Point for details) and then start heading to Hokuto City in the Yamanashi Prefecture.

Yamanashi Prefecture is located approximately 80 miles south of Tokyo and is famous for its beautiful mountains as well as the local fruit production. In the summer, Hokuto city in Yamanashi Prefecture is especially well-known for its fresh fruit fields as well as the sunflower park. You will first visit the popular Akeno Sunflower Park with a large field of sunflowers and spend about a half an hour in the park taking lots of memorable photos while enjoying the freshest air in the suburban area of Japan.

Later, you will visit the Kiyosato Highland Park for the buffet lunch. The restaurant offers approximately 40 different dishes for you to choose from and eat as much as you would like. Enjoy the relaxing lunch and get some rest for a little under an hour.

After the lunch break, start heading to the Kiyosato Station and experience the relaxing ride on the Yatsugatake Kogen Train and visit a local train station called Nobeyama Station built in 1935. On the Yatsugatake Kogen Train, you can enjoy the stunning view of Japan's nature and discover a different side of Japan from the busy, fast-paced metropolitan cities.

The last but not least, you will visit a small town called Katsunuma that is famous for its local winery. First, stop by their fruit farm and have fun picking grapes. There are also many fresh peaches that you can eat as much as you want of. Afterwards, your coach bus will take you to the nearby winery to explore the process of wine production and also get some souvenirs at the winery shop. Then, you will be taken back to Tokyo.
