9-Day Nile adventure tour sleeping on a Felucca boat, a train and in hotels. This tour visits the Pyramids and the Sphinx, the Egyptian museum of antiquities, Aswan Philae Temple, Abu Simbel option, traditional Nile Felucca sailing trip, and a visit to the Valley of the Kings.
Day 1:
Arrival at the Cairo airport. A representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification. From the airport you will be transferred by a private car to your hotel and overnight stay in Cairo. (No Meals)
Day 2:
Breakfast. Visit the great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren and Mykerions. Cheops one of the most colossal pyramids ever built. Next is a close-up look at Sphinx - a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren. Then on-wards to Sakkara to see the first pyramid ever built - the step pyramid of Zosser. Next enjoy some free time, before you transfer to the Cairo station to catch the sleeper train to Aswan. (B, D)
Day 3:
Breakfast on the train, and arrival Aswan. A representatives will meet and assist you in transferring to the hotel for check in. Next, visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries & The Temple of Philae. Overnight in the Aswan hotel. (B)
Day 4:
Breakfast, (Optional trip to Abu Simble by plane), on the Nile by felucca around Kitchener’s island and Elephantine, after noon check in your Felucca (a sailing vessel) on your way to Luxor .Dinner and over night on the felucca (B, L, D)
Day 5:
Free time on Felucca, Lunch dinner, overnight on board a felucca(B, L, D)
Day 6:
After breakfast on the felucca, drive to visit the ruins of the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeies in Kom Ombo and the magnificent great temple of Horus (god of protraction). From there you'll be transferred from Edfu to your hotel in Luxor city. Enjoy an afternoon drive to lovely Luxor temple dedicated to Amoun-Ra the king of Goods in Pharos time. Overnight stay in hotel in Luxor (B)
Day 7:
Breakfast. Visit The West Bank – the Valley of the Kings, Valley of The Queens and The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, then proceed to the great Karnack temple witch is considered the worlds largest religious complex. Transfer to the railway station to take the sleeper train to Cairo. (B, D)
Day 8:
Arrive Cairo, a tour to visit the Egyptian Museum which contains the fabulous treasures of Tut-Ankamon specially the solid golden masque and the golden coffer then proceed to the old city of Cairo to visit the Hanging church, then proceed to visit the citadel of Saladin and Mohamed Ali mosque in the late after noon visit to the famous Khan El Khalili market. (Optional Dinner Cruise) including transportation, dinner, Belly Dancer, Tanura Show, Horse show. Overnight stay in a Cairo hotel. (B)
Day 9:
Breakfast at the hotel then a representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you through final your departure formalities. (B)
