Day 1 Welcome Meeting and Group Dinner.
Namaste! Welcome to India. Soulfit-Wellness begins with a welcome meeting at 5:30 pm on Day 1 and also a hotel based group dinner. You can arrive at any time as there are no activities planned until this important meeting.
Day 2–Morning Yoga and Drive To Jaipur; Evening Bollywood Movie In Local Cinema.
Rise early to do yoga and meditation. After breakfast at the hotel we will drive to - Jaipur (6 hours approximately.) Jaipur, the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan is known as the Pink City of India. In the evening visit the Raj Mandir cinema to see a Bollywood movie with the locals.
Day 3 – Morning yoga and Amber palace visit; afternoon at your leisure.
Rise early to do yoga and meditation with the sounds of meditative music. After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the Amber Palace, approximately 11 km from Jaipur. In the evening we will enjoy an authentic dinner cooked in the local style, which is a special experience.
Day 4– Morning Yoga and meditation; drive to Agra and Taj Mahal Visit at Moon Light.
After doing scheduled yoga and meditation in the morning drive to the city of Taj, Agra, whereupon we will transfer directly to our hotel. We visit Agra fort in late afternoon today. Enjoy dinner in a local restaurant (at your expense) before we go to view the sublime beauty of the Taj Mahal at moon light.
Day 5– Sunrise View of Taj Mahal, drive to Vrindavan and Holi celebration.
Rise early to view the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Enjoy soothing beauty, watch the sun-rays strike the beautiful Taj whilst listening to the stories of its origin. Return to the hotel to enjoy breakfast before driving to Vrindavan to celebrate Holi.
Day 6– Morning yoga and temple visit. Evening at your leisure.
Rise early to practice yoga and meditation with your yoga instructor in the garden. We visit temples of Vrindavan after enjoying breakfast at hotel. Enjoy day at leisure.
Day 7– Morning Yoga and Drive to Delhi; Evening visit to India gate and Imperial buildings.
Rise early to do yoga and meditation. After breakfast we will begin the drive to Delhi, Enjoy visiting India Gate and Imperial buildings at New Delhi in the evening.
Day 8 – Morning Yoga and Farewell.
Rise early to do the final yoga and meditation. Enjoy breakfast with the group at the hotel before you continue on your forward journey.
