Leaving Cairns, head north towards the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest, where we will enjoy an hour long cruise on the Daintree River, before heading into the Daintree Rainforest for a fully guided walk on a boardwalk, then onto Cape Tribulation Beach. From here, your guide will engage in 4WD traveling along the Bloomfield track enjoying many scenic spots like the Bloomfield Falls. Lunch will be at the famous Lions Den Hotel and then onto the Mysterious Black Mountain before heading to the historical town of Cooktown.

Day 2 (B,L,D)
Start the day off with a visit to Grassy Hill lookout and Cooks Museum. From here, head west to Battle Camp and into Lake field National Park with a visit to "Old Laura" homestead before arriving at Musgrave Station

Day 3 (B,L,D)
Continuing the adventure, head east exploring the Sir William Thompson Range heading into the Iron Range National Park. Here you'll see the spectacular Mt Tozer before descending into Lockhart River a unique Aboriginal community. Arrive at Portland Road at Cape Weymouth.

Day 4 (B,L,D)
Now it's time to leave the east coast and head into Savannah country west to the mining town of Weipa, the largest town in Cape York

Day 5 (B,L,D)
Spending some time exploring the wonders of Weipa, including the Jardine National Park before we head along the beautiful coastline to Bramwell Station

Day 6 (B,L,D)
Leaving Branwell Station head through one of the largest cattle station in Australia, crossing the famous Wenlock River before taking a refreshing swim in Elliot and Fruit Bat falls. From here, head towards Bamaga crossing the famous Jardine crossing by ferry then onward to Loyalty beach for two nights

Day 7 (B,L,D)
Today you will stand on the most northerly tip of the Australian Continent for that famous photo next to the sign before we visit the remains of Somerset, which was established by the Jardine family as the Government outpost and Cattle Station. Truly historical place.

Day 8 (B,L,D)
Catch a boat cruise across the Torres Straight to Thursday Island enjoying a guided tour around the small Island once you arrive. You will also take another ferry trip to the Island of Horn Island for another short tour before making our way to the Horn Island airport for your scenic flight back to Cairns
