Today at the set time, a representative will be meeting you at the airport to assist and transfer you to your hotel. There are no activities planned for this day. Overnight in Braga.
Day 2 - Braga
Guided tour in the city of Braga, known as the 'Portuguese Rome', for its concentration of religious architecture. You will visit The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Sameiro and Bom Jesus. You will visit a special wine farm near to the center of Braga. (Optional: visit the museums and monuments)
Day 3 - Peneda-Gerês National Park
A marvelous walk deep in the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park to a small village.
Day 4 - Peneda-Gerês National Park
Jeep or BTT in the Peneda-Gerês National Park to a small village.
Day 5 - Santiago de Compostela
Departure to Santiago de Compostela declared World Heritage as it is one of the most important center of Christian Pilgrimages in Spain at the end of the 'Camino de Santiago' route built during the Roman Empire (Optional: visit the museums and monuments). Overnight in Braga.
Day 6 - Porto
Elected Best European Destination 2012 by the European citizens. Walking tours in Porto, visits to the city´s historical center of world heritage and monuments of Porto. (Optional: visit the museums and monuments).
Day 7 - Douro Cruiser
The Douro wine region is one of the most impressive scenery in the world, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For generations, thousands of men have built extraordinary terraces staircases on steep mountains, turning almost inaccessible lands in large areas of cultivation of the famous port wine. Lunch served on board (Should the train company fail to provide transport. Clients’ transfer will be made by bus). Overnight in Porto.
