Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport we will be pick you up and transfer you to Papyrus Guest House (15 min drive).
Meal plan: Dinner
Day 2-
Depart directly via the city of Kampala west to the town of Fort Portal where lunch maybe taken at Tea Gardens Restaurant a great place to sample traditional Uganda food stuffs.
After lunch you will continue 45 minutes onto the boundary of the Kibale National Park. In the afternoon you will have opportunity to conduct a guided nature walk to the Top of the World view point

Day 3
Depart at 07.15am for the visitors centre within the Kibale Forest at Kanyanchu. You will be briefed by your guide prior to entering the forest as part of the Chimpanzee tracking activity. This activity is conducted over 4 to 5 hour, after tracking you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park and the head of the Mweya Peninsular where the Kazinga Channel flows into Lake Edward here you will conduct a launch trip on the channel in the late afternoon. . The Channel is a home to one of the largest concentrations of hippopotamus, as well as herds of elephants, buffalo, and other wildlife that come to drink from the river. The Kazinga also attracts a tremendous variety of bird species including the African Eagle, Open-Billed Stork, and Pied Kingfishers. .

Day 4
Conduct a game drive at dawn traversing the Kasenyi sector of the park in search of big game. Return to Bush Lodge to take breakfast and to commence the 8 hour drive to Nkuringo Gorilla Camp located at 2160m ASL with panoramic views looking north over the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, south to the volcanoes of the Virunga and west into the rift valley and the DR Congo

Day 5
You will report at 07.45 for the gorilla tracking activity. The visitor’s reception at Nkuringo is a mere 300m from our Gorilla Camp Rushaga is 23km to the briefing centre. The activity is conducted by a Uganda Wildlife Authority tracking team. When the gorillas have been found by the tracking team you will spend 1 hour in the presence of the gorilla group before returning to the visitors reception to receive your tracing certificates.
On your return from tracking you will have time to relax, engage in a community walk with your Nkuringo Walking Safari guide to again soak up the wonders of Nkuringo.

Day 6
It is a 10 hour drive back to Entebbe via Kabale, Mbarara and Masaka. Dinner on this evening can be taken at the guest house in Entebbe

Day 7
Transfer to Entebbe Airport to catch flight back
