Start by being picked up from your hotel or the airport in Khajuraho. From there you are driven to your jungle safari at Panna National Park. Situated in the Vindhya Hills along the tranquil Ken River the is a gigantic tropical forest. The forest has cascading waterfalls and it is one the country´s largest tiger reserves. The park contains more than 200 species of wildlife, including a host of migratory birds.
The park is famous for its big cats like tigers and leopards, and its extremely rich bio-diversity. Apart from the tigers, the park also has wolves, chinkara, chital and sambar (deer species), and sloths.
