This 4-day trip will have you dine at a Michelin Star restaurant for brunch, visit Napa wine country to enjoy all kinds of mellow wine (not included), visit Lake Tahoe to take in its natural beauty, see Reno and its casinos/nightlife, and tour one of the largest most expensive villas in the world: the Hearst Castle Estate, and travel to Yosemite National Park. Every location is filled with leisurely and romantic time.Day 1
Today you will head to the Michelin Star restaurant to enjoy a delicious brunch. Then head to Napa Valley, the country's premier wine-producing region, where you will find unique beauty in the verdant rolling hills, the colorful flora, and vast stretched of vineyards. Take a stop at Stag's Leap Wine Cellars and Grgich Hills Estate for optional wine tastings (not included). In the afternoon we will go to Sacramento, to the capital building. Tonight you will stay in Reno where you can explore casinos and night clubs.
Day 2
Today you will head to Lake Tahoe the largest freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada Region of the United States. Then we will pass through Emerald Bay to take a short walk. You can also enjoy a relaxing boat ride across the lake with an optional Lake Tahoe Cruises offer (not included). Then we will overnight in San Francisco or near by hotel.
Day 3
Today, you will visit famous scenic spots in the Yosemite National Park. For example, you will see El Capitan, Bridal Veil Falls, The Half Dome, Tunnel View, Merced River, and Yosemite Falls- the highest waterfall in all of North America.
Day 4
Today you will visit Hearst Castle (actually a group of mansions) in San Simenon, once the home of media tycoon William Randolph Hearst. In 1958, Hearst's children donated the grounds to the state of California, making it a public treasure. Hearst Castle features so many awe-inspiring amenities such as 56 bedrooms, 61 bathrooms, 19 sitting rooms, 127 acres of gardens, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a movie theater, an airfield, and the world's largest private zoo. Spend time exploring one of the largest villas in the world.
Later, return to San Francisco in the early evening.
