This is how your trip will look like:
Day 1 – Full day tour of Ephesus and the House of Virgin Mary
After breakfast pick up from your hotel and transfer to Ataturk airport for your morning flight to Izmir. Arrive in Izmir where you will meet with your guide and transfer to Ephesus. 1 hour drive from Izmir to Ephesus
First you will visit the world famous ancient Greco-Roman city of Ephesus, the most well preserved example in the world. After visiting this impressive site, you will have a lunch break. After lunch, you will visit the House of Virgin Mary, where it is believed she spent her last days. This is a holy place for both Christians and Muslims. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 2 – Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour
At 8:30 am you will be picked up from your hotel for a full day tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. In Pamukkale, you will see the Cotton Cliffs, one of the natural wonders of the world formed by deposits of calcareous salts. Also visit the ancient ruins of the city of Hierapolis with its basilica, theater and Roman baths. At the end of the day, you will be driven to your hotel for your overnight stay in Kusadasi.
Day 3 – Pergamum Tour
Check out from your hotel and meet with your guide for your full day tour to Pergamum. In Pergamum, you will be delighted to visit the Asclepion and health center. As you make your way to Acropolis, the Red Basillica, originally a temple of Serapis, can be viewed. The most spectacular structure is certainly the theater, a remarkable piece of engineering built into the steep hillside. After the tour, you will be transferred to Izmir airport for your evening flight to Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul where you will be transferred to your hotel where the the services in this tour end.
