Spend 3-days exploring the Draa Valley and experiencing nomandic life in the desert. Trek on the back of a camel after visiting areas such as Ouarzazate and the Kasbah. With breakfast and dinner provided, as well as your accomodations, you will have an incredible journey.
Day 1: Marrakech – Aït benhaddou - Oasis Fint (D)
At approximately 8:00am, your driver will pick you up at your hotel or on the nearest parking area if you are in a riad. Depart from Marrakech by the Tizi N’Tichka pass and Berber villages on the side of the mountain. The driver will make various stops so you may attain beautiful views including one at the top of the pass. Arrive at Aït Benhaddou, for a visit to the Kasbah which dates back to the 11th century and is classified as a UNESCO world heritage site. Proceed to Ouarzazate then directly to Oasis Fint, a lost magnificent greenery case in the middle of nowhere. Walk alone into the Oasis if you like as the driver gives you general information about it. Head to your guesthouse where you will enjoy a late dinner.
Overnight: Oasis Flint guesthouse
Day 2: Oasis Flint - Ouarzazate - Draa valley – Zagora (B,D)
Depart towards the Tizi Tiniffift pass, comprised of lunar landscapes, and head in the direction of Agdz. Visit Tamnougalt Kasbah and the palm grove alone. Continue along Draa valley in edge of Oued, in the direction of the Presaharan Oases. Then, you will arrive at Zagora to begin your camel trip. Watch the sunset as you have dinner at the doors of the desert.
Overnight: Bivouac, dunes of Nekhla
Day 3: Zagora – Ouarzazate – Marrakech (B)
Watch an early sunrise before riding the camels to board your vehicle. Begin your return to Marrakesh, making stops along the way. Visit the Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate, old residence of the pasha Glaoui. Have lunch on the road as you continue to Marrakech by the Tizi N’Tichka pass. Arrive in Marrakech by the end of the afternoon and have your driver bring you to your accommodations.
