Depart Marrakech at 8am. Visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou for lunch, then take a quick visit to Tawrirt kasbah in the center of Ouarzazate. Afterwards take the road to the Dades Valley. Spend the first night in a nice auberge (inn) in the Dades.
Day 2: Tinghir - Todra Gorge - Arfoud - Merzouga Dunes
This morning after breakfast, your trip leads you through the Dades Valley and Todra Gorge, allowing you to explore the sights of this region. Lunch can be taken at any café on the way. Merzouga is the final destination of today, where you meet your camels to take you to the Dunes of Erg Chebbi to the Berber desert camp. Your stay at the desert camp includes accommodation in traditional Berber tents, evening meal and breakfast the following morning.
Day 3: Merzouga - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
Today, camels will take you back to Merzouga. Then you will enjoy your journey back through Ouarzazate over the Dades valley. You will arrive back in Marrakech around 8:30pm.
