Your journey is provided by local professional guides, with included lodging and meals over the 3 days, 2 nights.Day 1 (L, depending on arriving flight; D)
You'll be picked up at your beach hotel in Mombasa, and driven to Moi International Airport where you'll catch a 2-hour flight to Maasai Mara. Depending on the date you're traveling, you'll either catch an 11am or 1 pm flight; once you book, the tour company will confirm to you the exact flight details. Once you arrive at the Maasai Mara airstrip, you'll be picked up and driven to the hotel to check in. Please note: If you arrive on the 11am flight, you will arrive and head to the lodge for lunch; if you arrive on the 1pm flight you will have lunch on the last day before departure. Around 4pm, you'll head out for an evening game drive for 2 hours; afterwards, you'll head back to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 2 (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you'll head back out for a 2-hour morning game drive; then back to the lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, you'll have the afternoon free to relax and enjoy the scenery, whether it's back in your room, at the pool, or out at the water point. That evening, you'll have another game drive at 4pm for 2 hours. Dinner and relaxation afterwards.
DAY 3 (B; L, depending on departing flight)
Rise with the sun for an early morning game drive to catch the really early hunters. You'll be out for 2-hours before heading back to the lodge for breakfast. For the 11am clients. it'll be time to bid farewell; check-out from the hotel and you'll be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Mombasa. Those travelers who are staying until 3pm will remain in the hotel for lunch and then head over to the airstrip for their flight. After the 2-hour flight back to Mombasa, you'll arrive and head back to your hotel.
