This trip is a nice introduction to camping. During the day, you'll spend your time canoeing, hiking and exploring different areas of the park. At night, you'll be hanging out and sleeping at a group campsite with bathrooms nearby. Bring your notebook, because your guides will point out some wild edibles and useful trees and plants as well!
You'll have a chance to learn some paddling skills on Day 2. Canoeing through Algonquin is a very traditional Canadian experience. Become a paddling pro, sing songs by a campfire, and experience camping Ontario-style. You'll also have a chance to sleep under a blanket of stars, hear a loon sing at sunset, and meet awesome people. The food will be delicious; the coffee will be bold! It's an adventure not to be missed.
