Take the early morning flights to Cappadocia (Kayseri or Nevsehir airports) Arrival and transfer to Cappadocia to begin tour. Devrent Imagination Valley (Take a walk through this lunar landscape where different rock formations can be seen), Zelve open air museum(houses carved in rock, Seljukian mosque & remains nearly from all the ancient civilizations), Pasabaglari (Fairy chimneys), Avanos (Pottery demonstration with the Hittite technique), Lunch at a local cave restaurant, Uchisar Rock-Castle (Highest point in the region, great for seeing the sunset), Esentepe (Panoramic view of Goreme valley) and Goreme Open Air Museum (Rock cut churches, frescoes, monastery). Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 2:(optional early morning balloon flight over the fairy chimneys)
09:15 pick up from the hotel. Kaymakli Underground City (See how the people lived in this multi level city complete with stables, kitchens, storage chambers and wine making rooms), Soganli Valley (Relaxing 3km walk through the valley with Byzantine period rock tombs), Sobesos (A Roman Bath from the 5th century and mosaics and graves from Byzantine Empire Period), Taskinpasa Medresesi (an Ottoman theological school), Keslik Monastery (Churches from 8th and 12th centuries, refectory and other complexes, used by monks) and Mustafapasa (Experience the Ottoman and Greek architecture of this old Greek Village once called Sinasos). Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 3:
Derinkuyu Underground City (Biggest underground city in the region, used as a shelter for great lengths of time during invasions), Narli Gol (Volcanic Crater lake), Ihlara Canyon (Enjoy a pleasant and easy 4km hike through this sheer-sided, lush canyon with a beautiful stream running all the way through), Belisirma Village (Authentic unspoiled village life), Lunch in Belisirma Village, Selime (Surreal ancient monastic site, great panoramic view point of Ihlara Valley) and Agzikarahan (13th century Seljukian caravanserai on Silk Road). Transfer to Kayseri Airport and fly back to Istanbul or other part of Turkey.
