The Yoga day spa package includes 60 minutes of Yoga, 60 minutes of Traditional Chinese Medicine jade massage and a 2-course vegetarian healthy meal. After your meal, enjoy our pool in the bamboo zen garden.
Yoga (60 minutes)
Practice yoga toward gaining inner peace and physical balance by combining Hatha and Vinayasa Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Our yoga program is designed for all levels to enhance your vitality and rejuvenation.
Jade Massage (60 minutes)
Combining the healing powers of jade stone and herbal moxa, this treatment uses a series of century-old Chinese techniques to stimulate circulation and helps release toxins from the body’s deep tissue.

GOLDEN GAZPACHO - sweet tomato & cucumber soup with mango
ORGANIC QUINOA SALAD - nashi pear, papaya relish, toasted almonds, curry vinaigrette
