Day 1: Lucerne — Interlaken or Grindelwald
After pickup from central Lucerne by coach, sit back and relax as your guide takes you on a narrated drive through the Bernese Oberland portion of Jungfrau, one of Switzerland's most attractive Alpine regions.
When you arrive in Interlaken or Grindelwald (depending on option selected), your guide will give you detailed written information about the sights, attractions and activities available in the town of your choice. Spend the rest of the day as you wish.
Interlaken: This popular resort town, uniquely situated between two lakes, offers great shopping, attractions, outdoor activities and picture-perfect views around every corner. Take a boat cruise on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz, visit the JungfrauPark theme park or ride the cable car up to Harder Kulm mountain for panoramic views.
Grindelwald: Nestled in a wonderful Alpine landscape, this authentic mountain village is a paradise for nature lovers. Rent a trottibike for a fun ride through town, ride the cable car to the sunny terrace of Mt First or, for more active travelers, hit a hiking trail for amazing views of the famous triple peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
Enjoy local Swiss cuisine at a cozy ski lodge or enjoy a gourmet meal at an upscale restaurant — each town offers a range of restaurants and bars to spend your evening.

Day 2: Interlaken or Grindelwald — Jungfraujoch — Lucerne (B)
Start your day with a buffet breakfast at your hotel. Then it’s time for the star attraction of your tour: the Top of Europe. Hop in the coach for a scenic drive through the Jungfrau region to Grindelwald, and then switch over to the cogwheel train and ride up the mountains via the Kleine Schneidegg mountain pass (if you selected Grindelwald option meet your guide and board directly on the cogwheel train).
Arriving at Jungfraujoch, you’re officially at the highest railway station in Europe! Known as the Top of Europe, this high-Alpine wonderland of snow-capped peaks is truly an amazing sight. Soak up panoramic views from the Sphinx Observation Terrace overlooking Aletsch Glacier, Europe's longest glacier, and take a walk through the tunnels of the Ice Palace, carved out of a real glacier.
There are restaurants available if you’d like to purchase lunch. After your free time at the Top of Europe, meet your guide for the train ride down the mountains to Lauterbrunnen, where you’ll then board the coach for the drive back to Lucerne.
