2 Istanbul
Visit Topkapi Palace, where Ottoman Sultans used to live; Explore Saint Sophia, a marvel of Byzantine architecture,the Blue Mosque covered by more than 20.000 Iznik tiles and the Roman Hippodrome. Shop in the Grand Bazaar.
3 Istanbul-Cappadocia
Free time in the historical Spice Market. Enjoy a boat trip along the European and Asian coasts of the Bosphorus. Transfer to airport for flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir (not included).
4 Cappadocia
Explore the frescoed interiors of Goreme's cave churches, take a walk in Avcilar, Pasabagi and the valley of Dervent. Lunch and a brief photo stop at Uchisar. In the afternoon, discover the unique artifacts of Cappadocia such as pottery, onyx etc.
5 Cappadocia-Pamukkale
Drive through the Silk Road to Konya to visit the Whirling Dervishes Convent which is now the Mevlana Museum. Visit a Caravanserail from XIIth century.
6 Pamukkale-Izmir
Discover the ancient city of Hierapolis and enjoy the unique splendor of its cascading, hot springs in Pamukkale. Proceed to Ephesus and explore the antique city. Visit the Home of Mother Mary.
7 Izmir-Canakkale
Proceed to Pergamon, the city where parchment was invented and visit the Acropolis. After lunch, visit the legendary city of Troy, immortalized in Homer’s Iliad.
8 Canakkale-Istanbul
Cross by ferry the Strait of Dardanelles and discover Gallipoli where the bloodiest battles of First World War took place; visit the Anzac Cove, Lone Pine and Chnuk Bair
9 Istanbul-Athens
Transfer to airport for your onward flight (not included). Arrival to Athens, transfer to hotel.
10 Athens
Depart for your Athens Sightseeing tour including the Acropolis, You will see the Hadrian’s Arch, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Panathinaikos Stadium and the famous Parthenon. Your first taste of Athens would not be complete without a visit to the Acropolis Museum.
11 Athens-Olympia
Reach the Corinth Canal. Continue to Epidaurus with its 4th century B.C. theatre, famous for its astonishing acoustics. Visit the town of Nafplion and stop at Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides. Depart for Olympia through Central Peloponnese.
12 Olympia-Delphi
Visit Ancient Olympia. Visit the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus and the Archaeological Museum of Olympia. Continue through Achaia and Rio Antirio towards Delphi, passing through the picturesque towns of Nafpaktos and Itea.
13 Delphi-Kalambaka
Depart for Delphi, the home of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians and the Delphi Museum.
14 Kalambaka-Athens
Visit the monasteries of Meteora perched on huge granite rocks.
15 Athens
Transfer to Airport.
